No accounts, no ads, no cookies on this site.
Your game save stays in your own browser.
Some games send anonymous play stats, never your name or email, so I can see what's too slow or too hard and fix it.
Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

This policy covers the LoneKeyLabs website (lonekeylabs.com) and the games LoneKeyLabs LLC publishes. LoneKeyLabs is a one-person studio, so "I" here means me, for LoneKeyLabs LLC. If you have a question, write to hello@lonekeylabs.com.

This website

The website sets no cookies and shows no ads. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.

My games

Some of my web games send anonymous play data to my own server, also on Cloudflare, so I can see which parts run slowly or turn players away and fix them. That data is:

a random ID kept in your save, and a random ID for each visit
the kind of device, operating system and browser, and the screen size
approximate location (country, region and city), which Cloudflare works out from the connection
the site you came from, the game version and the frame rate
progress in the game, such as cars washed and upgrades bought

It does not include your name, email address or an advertising ID, and my game server does not store your IP address. Your save stays in your own browser.

Leaderboards

If a game has a leaderboard, the name you type for it is shown publicly next to your score.

Stores and hosts

My games are played on sites such as itch.io. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply to your account and purchases there.

Children

My games are made for a general audience. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can clear a game's save and its random ID by clearing your browser's site data. To ask me to delete play data tied to your save, write to hello@lonekeylabs.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
